We do not store, process, or have access to your full payment card details — all payment processing is handled by our secure third-party payment partners (KNET, Visa, Mastercard).

Shipping timelines provided are estimates only and not guaranteed. AnwarCo shall not be liable for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, weather events, or other factors beyond our reasonable control. Risk of loss and title for physical products passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. It is your responsibility to inspect all goods upon delivery and report any damages, shortages, or discrepancies within 48 hours.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kuwait. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of our platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, it shall be submitted to the competent courts of Kuwait. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) shall not apply.
